Pork Chops
Okay, I like to grill meat. Well, grill it and then eat it.
But sometimes it doesn’t work out that well, so I just try stuff and see how things go. Sometimes we’re happy, sometimes a few of us are happy, and sometimes we look around for something else to eat.
Tonight’s recipe worked very well. Details after the jump:
Pork Chops
2t ground pepper
2t paprika
2t minced onion
2t granulated garlic
2t iodized salt
1T peanut oil
1T molasses
1T brown sugar
With additional iodized salt, brine overnight. Rinse well. Add all the ingredients to a bowl or sealed bag to marinate.
Grill 5 minutes per side on a hot grill.
