Grasshopper Pie

Found this written on a 3×5 card in a cupboard; I’m not sure what the source is.

24 oreo cookies, finely crushed
1/4 C melted margarine

Mix cookies and margarine and press into pie plate.

1 pkg 10 oz large marshmallows
1/2 C milk

Melt in microwave in covered casserole 2-4 minutes until stirs smooth, then chill 30-40 minutes.

Mix cooled marshmallow mixture with:

1 to 2 C cream, whipped
6T green crème de menthe

Put in pie shell and refrigerate.

There’s a Brandy Alexander version I’ve never tried:

1/4C crème de cacao
2 T brandy
1/2 C Kahlua
